PEER REVIEW PROCESS

D’Stijl follows a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts will first be screened by the editorial board for relevance and format. Suitable submissions will be reviewed by two or more independent reviewers, anonymously, to ensure fairness, quality, and scholarly contribution.

Authors are encouraged to suggest 2–3 potential reviewers, though the final selection remains at the editor’s discretion. Based on reviewer feedback, manuscripts may be accepted, rejected, or returned for revision. Revised manuscripts may undergo a second round of review, typically involving at least one of the original reviewers. Authors are allowed to provide a rebuttal if they disagree with reviewer comments, and final decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief.
